He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Russell (Alexis) of Zebulon and Joshua Russell (Daja) of Wake Forest; and his siblings, Irish Russell of Raleigh, Stanley Russell (Mildred) of Garner and Timothy Russell (Geraldine) of Knightdale. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
