He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee "Jake" Oakley and Mary Louise Poole; his brothers, Jeffrey Wayne Oakley, Robert Lee Oakley Jr., Tommy Ray Oakley and William Earl Oakley; and his daughter Sarah Jean Oakley.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Thompson Oakley; his daughters, Chrystal Oakley and Laura Oakley; and his uncles, Donald Poole and Joe Oakley.
