She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Holden and George Holden; and her husband George Mitchell Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Mitchell, Sr. (Cindy) of Garner, NC, Gregory Mitchell (Rhesia) of Knightdale, NC and Rhonda Mitchell of Raleigh, NC; and her siblings, Ray Holden of Raleigh, NC and Annie Brooks of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
