He is survived by: his wife Sonya Scott Frederick; his children, Katisha Crump, Sierra Ferguson, Maya Frederick, Marian Frederick, Jonathan Scott (Tiffany Scott), Marcus Scott, Barry Lamont Frederick and Taron Frederick; and his siblings, Debrah F. McDougal, Eugene Christopher (Maria Frederick) and Andrew Scott (Pamela Frederick).
