He is survived by: his brothers, James Williford (Barbara) of Raleigh and Rayford Williford (LaRose) of Raleigh; his children, Phyllis Parrish (Dwayne) of Four Oaks and Bobby Williford (Lee Ann) of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Karen, Steven, Dylan, Josh and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Clara, Lauren, Jason and Madison.
