He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Sullivan and Robert Sullivan; his sister Maureen Sullivan; and his daughter Heather Leigh Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Sullivan; his son Jason Sullivan; his grandchildren, Brooklyn and Grayson Sullivan; and his sisters, Deidre Horn, Sheila Coon (Butch), Patricia Leisy (Bob) and Mary Ann Hathaway (Butch). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
