He was predeceased by: his parents, Brown Alexander and Alice Aldridge Foil; and his siblings, Tom Foil, Ed Foil, Irv Foil, Alice and Page (Catherine Foil).
He is survived by: his significant other Jane Wiley Foil; his children, Leigh Anne Foil Barham (Glenn) of Wake Forest, Mark Foil (Cathy) of Knightdale, John Foil (Shari) of Raleigh and Bobby Foil, Jr. (Sandra) of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Brittany Donaldson (Lyle) of Pittsboro, David Barham (Jessica) of San Antonio, TX, Brooke Hyland (Andrew) of Fort Mill, SC, Wiley Foil (Jacquelyn) of Matthews, Rebecca DeBerry (Ryan) of Winston Salem, Leah Foil of Raleigh, Brandon Foil, Hallie of Raleigh and Lauren Foil Mann of Raleigh; his great grandchildren, John Glenn Barham, Danielle Barham, Hayden Hyland, Raegan Hyland, Aubree Foil, Miles Foil, Harper Foil, Jasper Mann, Koda Mann and Sadie Nehls; and his siblings, Nellie Loflin of Greensboro and Frank Foil of Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial contributions to be made in Bobby's memory to St. Philip Lutheran Church, 7304 Falls of Neuse Road, Raleigh NC 27615.
