She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph Mattocks and Delia Mattocks; and her siblings, Randy and Beth. She is survived by: her sons, Marc (Sabrina) and Jason (Melissa); her grandsons, Chase, Jack, Graham, Anthony, Milo and Seve; and her brother George (Debbie).

In memory of Cathy, the family asks that any donations be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America and/or the North Carolina Spinal Cord Injury Association, both of which were very meaningful to her.
