She is survived by: her father John W Smith of Raleigh; her son Johnny Smith (Merritt Smith); her grandson Colt Smith of Selma, NC; her uncle Tim Smith (Sharron) of Wilmington, NC.; her aunt Debra Smith of Callowhee, NC.; and her cousins, Darren (Tracy) of Wake Forest, NC, Kathleen Smith Herrmann (Nathan) of Greenville, SC and Eric Smith (Sara) of Callowhee, NC.
