She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Legrand Isgett and Gertrude Ozella Burrows Isgett of Pamplico; her son Joseph Bernard Floyd Jr.; and her siblings, Legrand Isgett, Delbert Isgett, Dorothy Isgett Poole, Gloria Isgett Lewis and Bobby Isgett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Lynn Floyd Heavner, Beverly Floyd Deane (Tommy) and Christy Floyd King (Tim); her grandchildren, David Medlin (Julie), Ashley Deane (Garrett), Anna Miskelly (Robert), Wes Heavner (Madison), Hayden King and Hudson King; her great grandchildren, Jillian, Lake, McKenna, Emily, Charlotte and Maisie; and her siblings, Janice Isgett Baggett, Leonard Isgett, Martha Jo Isgett Sutton (Mike) and Sybil Isgett Caraway Fields (Vince). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Aversboro Road Baptist Church (1600 Aversboro Rd, Garner, NC 27529). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
