He was predeceased by: his father Michael Akapnitis; and his grandfather Archie Anderson. He is survived by: his mother Claire Heffernan; his brothers, Andrew (Tara), Isaac (Amber) and Anthony; and his friend Moises Salazar (Glori). He is also survived by family members and friends.
