He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Oliver and Katherine Owen Fulk; and his wife Ruth Merrill Fulk. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Ashley Fulk of Raleigh and Jeffrey Merrill Fulk (Erin Brock Fulk) of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Griffin Fulk (Emilee Fulk), Asher Fulk (Hope Fulk), Layton Fulk (Libby Rex), Bodie Fulk, Owen Fulk, Nola Fulk and Wynne Fulk; his great grandchildren, Oliver Fulk and Ruby Fulk; and his siblings, Owen Fulk (Wanda Fulk) and Ann Reid (Alvin Reid). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
