Crystal Chen Lee Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Crystal Chen Lee of Raleigh, North Carolina, born in Oakland, California, who passed away on June 14, 2025, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Li-Hua Cheng Chen, Shoei-Sheng Chen and Zu-Ying Hsueh Chen; and her mother-in-law Byung Wan Lee. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Joonyong Lee of Teacher's College; her parents, Yih-Farn "Robin" Chen and Wen-Ling Chen; her brother Jason Chen; her grandfather Huei-Jeh Chen; her father-in-law Hi Seon Lee; her sisters-in-law, Jane Wan Kim (Peter) and Grace Lee Wong (Tian An); her nephews, Aven, Benjamin and Calen; and her pet Ollie. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home - Raleigh (831 Wake Forest Rd, Raleigh, NC 27604). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church (100 E Peace St, Raleigh, NC 27604).
