He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wilson Bouldin and Luretta Moore Bouldin. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bouldin; his daughters, Crystal Bouldin Barnes (Doug) and Sadie (Bentley Barnes); his stepdaughters, Heather Brock (Wesley), Hannah and Samantha (Nathan Brock); his sister Debbie Bouldin Gaillard (Jerry); and his nieces, Jordan Gaillard Kareis (Greg), Cassidy Gaillard and Mackenzie Gaillard Smith (Avery).
