He was predeceased by: his parents, Lew Wallace and Agnes Bowers; his brother Wallace Bowers; and his stepson Drew Youngblood. He is survived by: his wife Ann Holroyd Bowers; his son Carlton Bowers; his stepson Scott Youngblood (Tomara); and his sister Martha Overby (Jim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
