He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Fox Perry and Willard Samuel Perry; his brother Willard S. Perry Jr. (Sam); and his brother-in-law Charles Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Perry; his siblings, Susan Rouse, Leatha Ritchie (Bob) and Mark Perry; his sisters-in-law, Melinda Eads and Joanna Perry; his cousins, Phyllis Foster (Johnny), Judy Glanville (Jim) and Phil Perry (Jackie); his children, David Simon Perry, Ashley Eisma (Ryan) and Katherine Hamski (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Colton Eisma, John Hamski and Maggie Eisma. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
