He is survived by: his wife Deborah Truesdale Tanner; his children, David Lee Tanner, Jr., Bradley Michael Tanner, Jasmire Martin Tanner, Bashanae Tanner, Michael Tanner, Bridget Tanner and Cecelia Tanner; his grandchildren, Angelina Tanner, Antonio Tanner, Bella Tanner, Catalaya Price, Corey Walker, Ivory Tanner, Mckayla Seales and Michael Tanner; and his siblings, Johnny Edward Tanner (Shirley), William Henry Tanner (late Susie), Emma Jean Sanders (late Marvin), Rosalene Tanner, Victor Tanner (Mary), Marvin Delatha Tanner (Mary), Regina Tanner, Reginald Tanner (Lissette Hernandez) and Michael Lassale Tanner (Verlinda). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
