He was predeceased by: his father Bruce Webster Booth; and his grandparents, Bruce, Blanche Booth, Arnold and Catherine Creech.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Booth; his stepsons, Ryan and Noah Clayton; his mother Catherine Creech Booth; his sister Diana Booth Littleton (Tom); and his aunts, Anne Keyes (Tom), Jeanette Booth, Georgie Underwood and Mary Holt. He is also survived by his family, friends.
