With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Deborah Catherine Davis Hawkins of Raleigh, North Carolina, born in Sharpsburg, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 16, 2025 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Davis and Catherine Adams Davis. She is survived by: her husband William Lewis Hawkins; and her brothers, J. W. Davis (Paula) and Timothy Davis (Gwen). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
