It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis John Maffei (Raleigh, North Carolina), who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo H. Maffei and Anna Mae Maffei (Burish). He is survived by: his wife Deanna Mary Maffei (Sarkis); his daughters, Dana Lamolinara (Gary), Jennifer Sawant (Michael) and Michele Lagerstedt (Jakob); his grandchildren, Emmalee, Ean, Ellexa Lamolinara, Luke, Tanner Sawant, Nova and Brooks Lagerstedt; his brother Richard Maffei; his niece Lisa (Skaris); and his nephew David Maffei.
