She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Outlaw and Charles Outlaw. She is survived by: her siblings, Sherry Denise and Richard; her nephew Charles T. Outlaw II of Newport News, VA; and her sister-in-law Rose Outlaw Thompson (Bill) of Little River, SC..
