He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Avery Hart and Bertha Mabel Thompson Hart; and his siblings, Wanda Hart Haga (Dan), Carolyn Hart Sizemore (David), David Hart, Clarence Hart and Felix Hart.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Hart; his children, Donald Hart, Jr. (Vonda) and Marla Roberts (Mark); his grandchildren, Kristen Moore (Robert), Bryce Hart (Amy), Tyler Hart (Emily), Zachary Roberts (Janice), Briana Wall (Jackson), Ciera Harrison (Jake) and Jamison Roberts (Taryn); his great grandchildren, Avery Moore, Chase Moore, Blair Roberts, Islay Roberts, Declan Roberts and Tully Wall; his sister Barbara Mills (Thad); and his sister-in-law Geneva Hart. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
