He is survived by: his wife Linda Palmer Garnett; his children, Debra Sylvester, Jacqueline Garnett, Donna McRee (David) and Donald Garnett (Kim); and his sister Carolann Kulick (Mike). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
