He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Mullins and Ilona Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Curtis Mullins; his children, Kenneth Mullins (Paula) and Donna Mullins; and his grandchildren, Hunter Mullins and Quinn Mullins.
