She was predeceased by: her father Edgar Colon Frazier. She is survived by: her husband Max Elam Baldwin; her daughter Ann Baldwin Harris (Lawrence Worth Harris III); her granddaughters, Sarah Ann Harris and Georgia Craven Harris; her son John Frazier Baldwin (Kari Trumbull Baldwin); and her grandsons, John Trumbull Baldwin and William Frazier Baldwin.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Endowment Fund, 99 North Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC 27603.
