She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stephen Lockleair and Minnie Baker Lockleair; her husband Homer Edison Bell; and her siblings, Ada, Mary, George Thomas (GT) and Solon.
She is survived by: her daughter Ronda Bell Owen; her granddaughter Sinclaire Owen Welch (Jeremy); her great grandchild Homer Welch; and her siblings, Alice Wall, Norma Perry (Ed) and Hutch Lockleair (Betty). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, great-great-great nieces and nephews, and many friends and neighbors.
