He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McMillan and Virginia McMillan; his wife Cornelia Howell McMillan; his brother Roy McMillan; and his sister-in-law Jo Anna Lilley McMillan.
He is survived by: his children, Campbell McMillan and Evan McMillan; his siblings, Doug McMillan, Rebecca Sparrow (David), May Bensen (Mark) and Lewis McMillan (Beth); and his uncle Doug Maynard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
