He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Silver and William Silver; and his siblings, Joan McMahan, Julia Diane Estes and Butch Silver.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Barbara Davis (Robert Davis), Gordan Lee Estes (Terry Hinton) and Julia Shepard. He is also survived by four great nieces and nephews; five great nieces and nephews.
