She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Otis Edwin Bruce and Marion McCoy Bruce; her husband Paul H. Liles of Hamlet; her children, Hayne L. White (Robert Smith) of Monroe, NC and O. Bruce Liles (Connie) of Raleigh; and her grandchildren, Andrew Lee White (Miranda) of Centerville and Kristin Elaine White (Dorothy Ariail) of Raleigh.

Elaine's family welcomes guests to attend the service, but requests that all attendees follow COVID-19 social distancing guidelines.
