He is survived by: his son Allen May (Brittany); his grandchildren, Grissom, Walker, Callie and Maverick May; his brothers, Fred May (Bernice) and Robert May (Karen); his sister-in-law Peggy May; and his nephews, Robbie, Doug and Don May.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Rich & Thompson Chapel - Burlington (306 Glenwood Ave, Burlington, NC 27215).
