He is survived by: his parents, Kimberly Yeske and Gary Yeske; his grandfather Richard Einsla (Rose); his sisters, Tiffany Coppock (Daniel) and Heather Yeske (Steve Sauls); his nieces, Emory Brewer and Miranda Wallace; his pet Ruca; his cousins, Randie Dail, Matthew Dail, Nikki French (Robert), Kodi McCorkel, Donnie O'Neill and Max O'Neill; and his aunts and uncles, Larry Dail, Mike Dail (Linda), Heidi Huggins (Jim), Keith McCorkel (Jill) and Sally Martin O'Neill (Don). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.

Flowers may be sent to the funeral home or, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Eric's name to the American Heart Association.
