He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Hayes and Willie Alice Parker Hayes; his daughter Barbara Lynn Hayes; and his granddaughter Ashley N. Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Judy F. Hayes; his daughters, Tammy H. Marshall (Robert) and Pamela H. Bruckschen (Eugene); his grandchildren, Britney Hayes, Ryan Bruckschen and Kyle Marshall; his great grandchild Lillian "Lilly Billy"; and his brother Jim Hayes.
