She was predeceased by: her parents, Joliff Green and Bessie Smart Lowery; and her husband Clifton B. Belcher. She is survived by: her children, Gregory Belcher (Sharon) and Lisa Bellina (Jim); her grandchildren, John Belcher (Danielle), Derrick Belcher, Claire Bellina, Meredith Bellina and Sarah Fogel; and her great grandchildren, Owen and Ella Belcher.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Raleigh Memorial (7501 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612).
