She was predeceased by: her parents, D. P. Washburn and Edna Wright Washburn; her husband Walter Giles; her brothers, Eugene and Gerald Washburn; and her grandson Christopher Worth Giles.
She is survived by: her sons, Doug (Kim Giles) and Steven (Jennifer Giles); her grandchildren, Eric Giles, Andrew, Sarah Giles, Brian Giles and Alex Giles; her great grandchildren, Elijah and Ava; her brother D. P.; and her sister-in-law Lin Washburn of Polkville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
