With sadness, we share the passing of Faye LeNeave Avery (Raleigh, North Carolina). Faye, born on November 10, 1941, passed away on October 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Avery; and her parents, Thomas Henry LeNeave and Fanny Bell Johnson (Franklin Avery). She is survived by: her siblings, Leon Dupree, Thomas LeNeave, Roy LeNeave and Joyce Fenton; her children, Ricky Avery (Lori) of Florida and Judie Brock (Jerry) of Lillington; her grandchildren, Brandon Avery, Heather Holt (Daniel), Jeremy Brock (Shena), Joe Brock (Allison), Keri Byrd (Dusty), Ashley Hales (Kenny) and Jonathon Brock (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Noah, Summer, Zeke, Kalayah, Remi, Kalani, Jeremiah, Ryleigh, Cam, Ella, Peyton, Avery, Everly, Huntley, Grayson and Dawson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hilltop Baptist Church (10212 Fayetteville Rd, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Montlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park (2911 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27603).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Hilltop Baptist Church in her honor.
