He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlando Ruggiero and Dorothy Plotts Ruggiero; and his siblings, Dean Ruggiero and Lorraine Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Ruggiero; his children, Celeste Grace, Frankie Dean, Terrance, Brija and Joe; his siblings, Mark Ruggiero (Kristan), Donna Ruggiero and Beverly Meyers (Walter); and his siblings-in-law, Sue Burcham (Perry), David Snyder (Kimberly) and Michael Snyder (Karen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family members and close friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel (944 Old Knight Rd, Knightdale, NC 27545). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
