He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Daughtridge; his sister Dorothy Perry; and his granddaughter Hannah Jo Singleton. He is survived by: his brother Robert; his children, David Daughtridge Singleton and Laura Singleton Jenkins; his grandchildren, Seth David Singleton, Hamilton Tobias Jenkins (Toby) and Bailey Quinn Jenkins; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Elizabeth Singleton, Micah Christopher Singleton and Joshua Stephen Singleton.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Oakwood Cemetery (701 Oakwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27601).
