He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Felton and Elsie Lilley Felton. He is survived by: his wife Phi Jacobs; his stepchildren, Josh Tilander, Hannah Tilander and Andrew Tilander; his children, Tim Felton (Farelle), Jimi Felton, Andy Felton (Gena Nuttle) and Ross Felton (Lynn); the mother of his children Jayne; and his grandchildren, Davis Stafford, Will Felton, Lily Felton Bowyer, Hayes Felton, Samuel Felton, Elizabeth Felton, Lailynn Tilander and Mila Tilander.
