He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kase and Marie Kase; his grandson Matthew; and his brother Michael Kase. He is survived by: his wife Faith Elizabeth Kase; his children, Richard (Michelle), David (Michelle) and Elizabeth (Paul Duffy); his grandchildren, Hannah, Nicole, Steven, Genevieve, Andrew, Sarah and Evan; and his brother Roland Kase (Richard Grommon).
