He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his sons, David (Brandi) and Dennis (Kristina); his grandchildren, Cameron, Gavin, Hannah, Nathan, Dorian, Eliza, Xander and Levi; his great grandchild Christina; and his sister-in-law Susan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family requests a donation to St. Jude's Children Hospital instead of flowers.
