It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gregory Mims of Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine Allen; and his cousin Tracy Allen. He is survived by: his father Ronald Walter Mims; his wife Tonya Dean Mims; his stepson Hunter Woodlief (Atalie) of Wake Forest; his granddaughter Raelynn Woodlief; his siblings, Lisa Schaut (Randy) of Wendell and Tyler Mims (Keri) of Kennesaw, GA; his stepmother Pricilla of Marietta, GA; his siblings' children, Jessica Stell of Wendell, Massey Stell of Wendell and Ryan Schaut of Raleigh; his uncles, Dan Allen (Lou) of Archers Lodge and Roger Allen of Wake Forest; and his cousins, Dan Allen, II of Archers Lodge, Michael Allen (Theresa) of Wake Forest, Karen Ray, Glenn (John) and Steven.
