With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hal Macon Miller of Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on May 22, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his children, Mark and Jill; his wife Wilma Schleifer; his parents, Merrill Miller and Hallie Miller; his brother Merrill Miller, Jr.; his niece Katie Miller; and his grandson Brian Griffin.

He is survived by: his daughter Cheri Maiorano Cowart (John); his grandchildren, Kristen McKinlay (Blake) and Michael Maiorano; and his great grandchild Mila Rose McKinlay.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Springmoor Endowment Fund, 1500 Sawmill Rd., Raleigh, NC 27615 or to The Church of the Good Shepherd, 121 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, NC 27603.
