He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Brown, Sr. and Mary V. Salmon Brown. He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Brown of Raleigh; his children, Stephen Brown (Jill) of Pittsboro, Elizabeth Brown Moser of Raleigh, Michael Brown of Newton Grove and Christine Brown Flowe (Keith) of Browns Summit; his grandchildren, Preston Moser, Emily Moser and Camilla Warrington; and his siblings, Charles T. Brown (Carol) and Mary H. Evarts. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
