Though Harvey may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harve Lowe and Maggie Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Lowe; and his children, Eileen Smith (John Borbas), Doug Lowe (Dee Langston), Gary Lowe (Mary), Scott Lowe (Crystal), Ben Lowe (Debbie), Bonnie and Brenda. He is also survived by many grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
