He is survived by: his wife Brenda Smith; his sons, Jonathan Smith, Jeffrey Smith, Jason Smith and Nicholas Smith; and his sisters, Gracie Smith and Peggy Smith. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
