He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Earl Brown and Ada May Behrens Brown; his wife Linda Brown; and his brother Lawrence "Larry" Knox. He is survived by: his children, Julie Soderlund (Kevin) and Mark Brown (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Katelyn (Randy), Jeffrey, Emily, Luke, Eliana and Aliya; and his great grandchildren, Wylder, Ezekiel and Emma.
