He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert E. Green and Betty; his brothers, Douglas, David and Dennis; and his son-in-law Derek Scott.

He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Shawn Green (Jennifer) of Indianapolis, IN and Heather Scott of Wendell, NC; his grandchildren, Taylor, Brayden, Delaney Green, Alex and Madeleine Scott; and his sisters, Marian, Jackie and Debbie.
