He is survived by: his wife Irene Green; his children, Brenda Green, Isaiah Green III, James Green and Gale Green; his grandchildren, Anthony Barbour (Tamara), Denon Green (Ricci), Chesney Suber, Brehana Harris, Jai Mosley and Galen Green; his great grandchild Ari; and his siblings, Faye McCullough of Charlotte, NC., James M. Green (Marie) of Middlesex, NC, Stanley Green of Waldorf, MD and Robert Green of Durham, NC..
Viewing was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lea Funeral Home (2500 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610). Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lea Funeral Home Chapel (2500 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Flowers are accepted, however, donations can also be made to the SECU Hospice House of UNC Health Johnston.
