Janet touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Brown and Ruth Brown; and her brother Larry. She is survived by: her husband Royce Don Allen; her siblings, Cecilia Wozniak (Robert), Kathy L. Corll (Dave), Malcolm Brown (Diana) and Roy Glynn Allen (Freida); her sons, Brian Allen (Marizol), Craig Allen and Darren Allen (Kim); and her grandchildren, Dakota Allen, Jakob Allen, Sierra Allen, Sydney Allen, Jayden Allen, Faith Tyree, Gracelyn Tyree, Kaitlyn Woollen and Victoria Woollen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cross Assembly (2660 Yonkers Rd, Raleigh, NC 27604). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
