Jean Jones Moore Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Jones Moore of Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Beulah Pollard Jones and Willis Jasper Jones; her husband Jerry Carlton Moore; her siblings, Steve Jones and Betty Drake; and her son-in-law Dennis Mabry.

She is survived by: her children, Shannon Mabry of Angier, Douglas C. Moore (Elizabeth Jordan) of Cary and Kevin Moore (Sandra) of Youngsville; her grandchildren, Daniel Moore (Christianne), Adam Moore (Cody), Meredith Mabry, Carly Moore and Nathan Moore; her great grandchildren, Samuel, Selah, Story, Sophia (Daniel), Kate, Grace (Adam) and Sebastian (Carly); her sisters, Elaine Jones and Lianne Keeney (Don); and her siblings-in-law, Melvin, Nancy Newton, Donald and Jane Moore. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
